A graduate student may be dismissed for failing to register for 3 consecutive semesters, for a GPA that falls below 3.0 and remains below 3.0 for two consecutive semesters, or for not meeting the requirements of the program of study defined by the Advisor and Graduate Program Coordinator. The GPA is computed based on the courses required by the degree program.

A dismissed graduate student must wait one year after dismissal before applying for re-admission. If readmitted, the student must follow the conditions of the graduate program at time of re-admission
