Visiting Teaching Professor

Dr. Al-Rifai received her Ph.D. in Mechanical engineering (computational Fluid Dynamics) from Florid International University (USA, in 2022). Her current research interests in Heat and Mass Transfer, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Thermal Management, Multiphase Flows, Energy Simulation, and their applications in HVAC, Combustion Modeling, and their application on the Engine Combustor, Power Plants, and Solar Energy Technologies. She has published over 12 scientific articles. She is skilled as a Mechanical Engineer (B.Sc., M.Sc., & Ph.D.) as demonstrated by the successful accomplishment of multiple multidisciplinary Research projects focused on the modeling and simulation of a novel heat exchanger, swirl injector combustor, HVAC systems, etc. Experience in advanced CFD and CAE engineering and experimental design as evidenced by work in ANSYS Fluent, TRNSYS, SOLIDWORK, CAD design, and ABAQUS. A dedicated, fast-paced, and goal-oriented person with strong work experience in teamwork and an independent setup.
